Walking in Esslingen

Bill and I went to Esslingen, Germany on Friday. Just wanted to walk around and enjoy one of the small towns I love.
We found this really neat park where the river passes on both sides of it.

Two of the many fountains in town.

We walked up one of the large hills to get to Esslingen's biggest churches. It is so very cool to see. I think it is a Christian church, but still neat to see.

When we walked up the other side of the hill we reached the wall that is part of Esslingen. There is a nice park up at the wall.

The view from the top of the hill. Very awesome to see in person.
The big church from the top of the hill.

Bill took these two pics. The first is while we were on the wall. The grapes we found on the way down from the wall. We were walking through the vinyard.

Some of the really cool building in Esslingen. This is one of the things that I enjoy seeing in Germany.

Below: more pics of another very old church. I believe this church was a christian church due to no kneeling benches in the pews. I could be wrong of course.
