Cornbeef & Cabbage

So Saturday Bill and I went to the Stuttgart Open Market. We picked up some fruit, mustly berries. Then we got some fresh rosemarry for the chicken dinner Bill made Saturday night.

Last but not least I found a really nice cabbage for Sunday nights dinner.

This is the cabbage. Kind of funny looking. Not round like you normaly buy at the store.

I cut it into 4 for the cornbeef & cabbage.

In the pot with cornbeef and potatoes.

Doesn't that meat look just so yummy?
